A Class A industrial development project in Ashland, Virginia, the five-building, two-phased Northlake II development for Matan Companies will offer 345,000 SF across the three buildings in Phase I. Phase 2 provides an additional 655,000 SF in two buildings.
Each building boasts LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, dock-high doors, trailer drop areas, and 32′ ceiling heights. Phase I features 106 dock doors and parking for 417 vehicles.
Ashland is approximately 15 miles north of Richmond on the bustling I-95 corridor. The Hanover County Economic Development Authority has listed this industrial park as a prime location for warehouse and logistics, pharmaceutical, food and beverage production, and light manufacturing and assembly operations.
