CM at Risk (CMAR)

Choosing Shockey as your Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) means that we function as your consultant during preconstruction and accept the responsibilities of a general contractor during the construction phase. With this model, Shockey takes on the majority of project risk and provides advisory project management, often for a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

Shockey has the technical and financial capabilities to accept the obligations under the contract, and many owners find the CMAR project delivery method a very comfortable way to manage their design and construction.
