Founded in 1896 and still privately held, Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. is a member of The Shockey Companies, a diversified construction group. We serve clients throughout Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland. The firm is also licensed in North Carolina.
The Shockey organization also provides real estate development with build-to-suit capabilities through Shockey Properties, which was established in 1970. Today, Shockey Properties owns and manages four million square feet of prime commercial space in the mid-Atlantic region, working with a broad range of national and international companies.
