      Trex II WarehouseTrex® Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of high-performance wood-alternative decking and railing, chose to partner with Shockey when expanding its manufacturing operations. Shockey developed a fast-track, build-to-suit warehouse for the company; the space is dedicated to the receiving and handling of polyethylene plastics to be recycled and helped meet Trex’s growth needs.
The project qualified for funding from the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation, the Virginia Enterprise Zone Program, and the Port of Virginia Economic and Infrastructure Development Zone Grant Program.
Trex decking and railing is stocked in more than 6,700 retail locations.
