Print Innovators Production Facility

Shockey built a new, fully automated high-speed printing plant for The Free Lance-Star daily newspaper. The $50 million print facility began commercial production and added a new revenue stream to the local, family-owned business which also holds on-line media and four radio stations.

The two-story production facility houses the first Goss Flexible Printing System (FSPS) press in the United States.

With its state-of-the-art technology and more than 150 years of printing experience, Print Innovators is now a premier publication printer, including magazines, advertising inserts, other newspapers and tabloids, guidebooks, and other types of specialty publications.

The print facility is located on 14 acres in the Battlefield Industrial Park in Fredericksburg.
