In Progress: HS 14

High School 14 is a new high school campus designed to serve approximately 2,100 students and support modern, flexible learning environments. The multi-story facility, located adjacent to Watson Mountain Middle School in Loudoun County, includes classrooms, administrative spaces, a media center, cafeteria and kitchen, auditorium, and student support areas.

The campus features a comprehensive athletics program, including a main gymnasium, auxiliary gym, and a grandstand stadium with 2,891 home side seats and 2,576 visitor seats. LCPS plans to host all state sporting events at this facility. Multiple additional athletic fields, significant site development, and infrastructure improvements are also included.

Designed to achieve LEED certification, the campus incorporates high-efficiency building systems. Construction is scheduled to begin in late summer 2025 with completion anticipated in 2028.
