One Loudoun

Shockey continues to build at One Loudoun, an award-winning mixed-use development in Northern Virginia. Although the mixed-use community is not yet fully built out, One Loudoun has already developed into a regional destination for shopping, entertainment and dining.

The developer recently hired Shockey to build a second parking structure in the community, as well as other soon-to-be announced commercial projects. The latest 252,530 SF structure has 791 spaces and was built on a fast-track schedule. The garage features smart parking signs and LED lighting.

The mass and scale of the parking garage fits contextually with the upscale mixed-use community that surrounds it.
