Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., Partner Services Division, is seeking an experienced commercial construction foreman to oversee projects averaging in size and scope from $200,000 to $2 million.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Enforce company safety policies and safe work practices at all times.
- Coordinate and direct the work of subcontractors.
- Coordinate, direct, and assist Shockey field personnel.
- Communicate with the Project Manager regarding any conditions or situations that could impact the project schedule and/or cost.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules.
Must be able to read and interpret commercial blueprints and specifications and have good verbal and written skills. Valid driver’s license required.
