Construction has officially begun at The Village at Providence Point, and the community is ready for the start of something extraordinary.

Shockey is excited to be bringing Annapolis’s newest senior living community to life. On a gorgeous walkable campus, our team will build 246 independent living units — 216 apartments and 30 duplex cottages — as well as a healthcare center that includes 16 assisted living memory support units and 16 skilled nursing beds.

As seniors’ needs have evolved, Shockey’s senior living team of experts has grown to better meet those needs and empower seniors while continuing to build for the ever-growing audience. We’ve built millions of square feet for senior living clients. With every new project, we remain keenly aware that it’s always a privilege to build places that people call home.

National Lutheran Communities & Services came back to our team to build The Village at Providence Point (TVPP) after several successful partnerships in other locations, including a recent award-winning expansion at The Village at Rockville. Shockey looks forward to another construction experience that will deliver more of the same teamwork, trust, partnership, and confidence for NLCS.
