      In Progress: Vinson Hall CAREOn a park-like oasis in McLean, VA, Vinson Hall is a not-for-profit CCRC community supported by the Navy Marine Coast Guard Residence Foundation (NMCGRF), a 501(c)(3) organization. The facility offers independent living, assisted living, long-term care, and memory care services for seniors. 
Shockey has been chosen to modernize the active senior community’s original building, which was built in 1990. Currently in preconstruction, the C.A.R.E. Project at Vinson Hall will update and refresh the organization’s most frequently used communal areas with in-demand amenities and thoughtful, vibrant gathering spaces.
Work is scheduled to conclude in early 2026.
