Shockey’s contributions during the developmental stages with estimating and design review helped establish the final design of this renovation project at Roanoke College.

With a very tightly-scheduled project at a fully operating college with a bustling, occupied campus, the negotiated joint venture with R. L. Price Construction came in on time and under budget, and students at the school gained additional square footage and improvements to their student union building.
