      FCPS: Greenwood Mill ESShockey has built public schools for decades, a testament to the satisfaction of our clients. Our team completed Greenwood Mill Elementary School in just 13 months under a P3 contract. 
Providing site acquisition, development, and construction services for Frederick County’s (Virginia) twelfth elementary school, Shockey built K-5 classrooms, multi-purpose space, activities rooms, lab space, and a 400-seat gymnasium for Greenwood Mill’s students.
