Renovation: Fox Mill Elementary

In a multi-phased, fast-track renovation for Fox Mill Elementary School, Shockey was chosen to add approximately 15,000 square feet to the 71,718-SF building.

The renovation includes a beautiful, more modern entrance with an updated front elevation design that allows for simplified and straightforward building navigation.

The work, which was funded by bonds and completed during the school year, includes classrooms, administrative offices, renovations to the library, gym, and cafeteria space, and site improvements. Construction also includes installation of new electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.

The addition comprises a new courtyard and secondary entrance, a new basketball court, and an expanded parking lot.
