The finished project will feature two three-story buildings with 12 units, for a total of 24 thoughtfully designed residences. With private balconies, the apartments blend spacious interiors, modern elegance, and a unparalleled living experience, just minutes away from Washington, D.C.’s cultural offerings.
Westminster at Lake Ridge is a licensed CCRC offering independent living cottage homes and apartment homes. Westminster’s on-site health center provides nursing services that manage all levels of care, from skilled nursing to specialized assisted living memory care.
