      RSW Regional JailThe $56 million regional men’s and women’s jail houses offenders from Rappahannock, Shenandoah, and Warren counties. The 375-bed jail (with expansion capability up to 623 beds) contains cells and dormitories to house inmates. 
Shockey also built the jail’s support areas, which include space for food service, laundry, intake and release, medical services, recreation, education, central storage, visitation, magistrate, administration and staff services.
RSW Regional Jail received a Commonwealth Award from the Virginia Chapter of the American Concrete Institute and is certified  LEED® Silver.
