The facility provides secure detention areas, a full commercial kitchen, a dining area, intake areas, staff offices, medical services, visitation areas, a divided gymnasium, administration offices, and other staff support spaces.

The owner committed to achieving LEED® for New Construction certification. The facility achieved LEED® Gold with aggressive energy use reduction goals.
