      The Chapel at Orchard RidgeThe Chapel at Orchard Ridge is at the center of it all in The Village at Orchard Ridge (TVOR), located in Winchester, VA. The chapel, combined with a town center, form a “Village Green” that is encircled by a variety of senior living and care options. At the request of the owner, Shockey delivered the project in phases.
On 134 acres, TVOR is owned by National Lutheran Communities & Services. Shockey worked closely with TVOR and National Lutheran Communities to help them offer residents custom independent living cottage homes and apartments with home-based assisted services, memory care assisted living, nursing care options, and short-term rehabilitation, as well as a wide range of activities and amenities. 
The Chapel at Orchard Ridge serves all faiths.
