      Westminster at Lake RidgeShockey carried out this renovation project in a fully-operational senior living facility. It consisted of selective demolition and renovation of a healthcare center and an administration office and construction of dining space.
With easy access to the quaint village of Occoquan, VA,  and the constant, urban energy of Washington, D.C., Westminster at Lake Ridge is a licensed Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers independent living cottage homes and apartment homes. Westminster’s on-site health center provides nursing services that manage all levels of care, from skilled nursing to specialized assisted living memory care.
