Shockey recently completed upgrades and renovations at Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center in Richmond. With 12,450 SF and a capacity of 450, the second-floor tenant space overlooks football fields on one side and the city skyline on the other.
The main event area features floor-to-ceiling windows that lend an open, one-of-a-kind atmosphere to the airy space and a large conference room that can host a smaller or breakout group or meeting.
Designed especially for the Redskins, the outdoor space includes two natural grass football fields and a drill field — plus plenty of room for spectators. More than 165,000 fans enjoyed the center and its festivities during opening year.
Serving as a valuable year-round resource for the community, Bon Secours Virginia Health System is the facility’s primary tenant. Also within the center is a full-service sports medicine rehabilitation and practice space that offers fitness and education programs.
