BCT Operations Center

Seeking both to upgrade and more-efficiently use its existing building as well as to expand its operational capacity and its presence on a prominent corner, the Bank of Charles Town (BCT) negotiated to make Shockey its builder. Scope of work included construction of a 7,000 SF, two-story addition that is primarily used as the bank’s operations center.

All construction work was completed while the bank continued with regular business transactions and maintained normal operating hours. Shockey built the project under budget and finished it ahead of schedule.
