Trex Company Expansion

Trex® Company chose to partner with Shockey again when expanding its manufacturing operations with a renovation and addition to its existing warehouse space in WInchester.

Partner Services completed design-build construction of a single-story, rear-loading addition with an overall area of 112,840 square feet. Minimal clearance height is 32 feet. The project features dock doors on the rear elevation plus clerestory windows on the front and sides.

Tenant fit-out work is underway with Shockey now taking a supporting role, performing select work that directly impacts the building structure and systems. The team is cutting new access openings into the previously exterior wall, separating the expansion from the original building, and installing extensions to the fire suppression and mechanical systems in coordination with Trex’s equipment installation.
