Built during the pandemic and delivered on time under a CMAR model, the newest Medical Office Building at Warren Memorial Hospital adjoins a new three-story hospital and provides a convenient location and stunning patient-centered environment for wellness. The medical campus’s clean, uplifting design features abundant parking and provides room to expand on the 150-acre site.

To ensure 100% operational readiness on day one, a “Transition Plan” was developed by Hammes Healthcare for 20 different departments, specialty, and primary care clinics in the hospital and MOB.

Gifting a beautiful recreational destination for patients, family members, staff, and the community, Fred and Christine Andreae’s philanthropy provided for a gorgeous 2.5-mile hiking trail behind the hospital.
