      VH Systems Support BuildingHoward Shockey & Sons, Inc. was chosen to build the specialized consolidated systems support building on Winchester Medical Center’s (WMC) main campus. The four-story building houses a corporate training facility, data storage, computer/ information systems, the school of radiology, internal audit, and the business and finance departments.
Shockey competitively bid the shell building, then successfully negotiated all the fit-up work. WMC has been ranked among the top five hospitals in Virginia by  U.S. News & World Report.
