Spring Mills MOB

Touted as 40,000 SF of the “latest healthcare technology available”, a new medical building (MOB) in northern Berkeley County, West Virginia is now open.

Located at the intersection of Route 11 and Campus Drive, just off the Spring Mills exit of I-81, the six-acre building site offers a visible, convenient location for Valley Health outpatient services to help meet the primary and specialty care needs of the rapidly developing area.

Shockey and Valley Health teamed up to help provide fast-track solutions for steady growth in WV’s Eastern Panhandle, answering with space for more than 40 medical providers who have chosen to join East Mountain Health Physicians and Valley Health.

The new location provides walk-in treatment for minor illness and injury and occupational health (OH) services, as well as primary care for prevention and chronic illness management, and engagement with specialists in heart, cancer, orthopedics and other disciplines. Besides Urgent Care and OH services, the first floor includes medical imaging (including women’s imaging) and family medicine. The second floor provides office space and exam rooms for physician specialists in cardiology, surgical oncology, and more.

Site work included new paving, parking lots and roadway entrances, lighting and storm water retention.

The two-story ambulatory care center is the first part of a three-phase project at the intersection of U.S. 11 and Campus Drive, where site preparation began in November 2018.
