      Bobcat of RichmondBuilding on six years of success in the metro Richmond region, Winchester Equipment Company negotiated to make Howard Shockey and Sons, Inc. its builder for a new and expanded facility in Ashland. A tired, existing building was completely renovated to provide a vibrant, aesthetically-pleasing new dealership in a timely manner.
The design-build project includes more than 12,800 SF of space. With polished concrete floors, eye-catching EIFS detailing, an expansive site and a prominent location on heavily-traveled Rt. 1, Bobcat of Richmond now has the ideal facility to showcase and grow an ever-expanding inventory of products.
