      Federal Street Office BuildingThe town of Middleburg, VA is noted for the high quality and significance of its historic and cultural assets. Shockey built this two-story office building located on the corner of Jay and Federal streets in heart of the Middleburg Historic District. The structure features prominent entrances on both sides of the building due to site configuration. 
The building is designed in the Georgian style with traditional field stone and stucco. Interior features include flagstone entries, a raised panel lobby, and nine-foot ceilings throughout.
The Federal Street Office Building was recognized with an Award of Excellence from the Loudoun County Joint Architectural Review Board (JARB) for outstanding design and construction, and for contributing to the historic fabric of the community.
