Discovery Museum Plans for New Facility

Winchester, Va. — With their potential moving day only about a year away, Shenandoah Valley Discovery Museum officials met with City Council members to inform them about their operations and preliminary plans for their new building. rnrnBuilder Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. and architect Reader & Swartz are leading the rehabilitation effort.rnrnThe museum is moving from the space it currently leases on the Loudoun Street Mall to the building it purchased at 19 W.
