The renovation of the Lewis Jones Knitting Mill is a prime example of the perfect balance between modern technology/convenience and charm/integrity. To create modern office space for the OakCrest Companies, a team of Shockey craftsmen transformed an 1895 textile mill into a Class A three-story office building.

Adaptive use, historic preservation, the utilization of historic tax credits, and environmental stewardship helped make this project, located in historic downtown Winchester, the winner of a number of state and local awards.
