RICHMOND, VIRGINIA – To celebrate the near completion of the T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge, a signature component of the Richmond Riverfront Plan, Shockey and associated project team members gathered together for a “Topping Out” celebration in early October.
With the James River below, and the City of Richmond above, project partners (including the City of Richmond, AECOM, VHB, and others) came together to share in an appreciation brunch with one of the best views in the city.
One of the most memorable topping out ceremonies in company history.
