Slated to deliver in July 2024, this Class A project offers premium industrial space with excellent access to Interstate 95 and Route 1/Jefferson Davis Highway.
Within a 10-mile radius of Crossroads Industrial is a population of more than 247,505 with a projected annual growth of 1% each year for the next five years, all contributing to the area’s strong labor pool, thriving consumer base, and growing community.
This 219,456-square-foot ground-up development project boasts tilt-up concrete construction. When completed, the building will feature 32-foot clear ceiling height, 50 by 52-foot column spacing, 64 dock doors, LED lighting, ESFR sprinklers, and a 480/277V 3Phase power supply.

This project is being developed by the Matan Companies and constructed by Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc.
