WINCHESTER, VIRGINIA (December 5, 2016) – Howard Shockey and Sons Inc. employee Sean Nieberlein guides the community Christmas tree from a trailer as it is delivered via crane to the historic Loudoun Street Pedestrian Mall, just in time for the city’s annual parade and tree lighting ceremony. The tree is a 35′ Norway Spruce.
