WINCHESTER, Va. — Shockey is pleased to announce that Jennifer Macks has joined as Vice President of Business Development. Jennifer will assume top management for Shockey’s sales and marketing team. She brings to this position 20 years of commercial construction expertise.

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience both in executive level leadership and construction of complex projects. Prior to joining Shockey, she served as Vice President of Skanska USA, one of the nation’s largest construction companies.
She has experience in leveraging the use of BIM and lean for project delivery and will be working to expand Shockey’s expertise in these areas. Jennifer is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED® Accredited Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering (BSE) from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wayne State University.
In addition, Shockey announces that Bill Wiley has joined Shockey’s Winchester office and will focus on business development in the Shenandoah Valley and West Virginia. Previously with Harman Construction, Bill brings expertise in the construction sector as well as commercial land development and planning commission work. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from George Mason University. “Bill’s professionalism, development know-how, and construction industry knowledge make him a great fit for our team,” says Boehm.
