One Loudoun Parking Garage 1

Completed on a fast-track schedule, this five-level, 791-space parking garage serves the retail needs of the One Loudoun development in downtown Ashburn. To serve the unique needs of the luxury development, the facility includes upgrades such as architectural finishes, elevators, wayfinding parking control, CCTV, and LED lighting. The mass and scale of the garage fits contextually with the upscale mixed-use community surrounding it.

One Loudoun is located in the heart of the county at Rt. 7 and the busy Loudoun County Parkway. The development includes a cinema, restaurants, and a fitness center. To get the project built quickly, Shockey worked closely with the architect in a design-build alliance to speed up delivery and support the growing retail and restaurant development at One Loudoun.

Work on the 252,530 SF parking structure began on December and was completed early in March.
