Position: Payroll Administrator

The administrator is responsible for maintaining employee payroll files and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 140+ employees, and certified payroll when applicable.  Other duties include processing garnishments, withholding orders, and tax liens.  Process payroll taxes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.  Prepare W-2s and periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.  Assist with accounts payable duties on a weekly basis.  Prior payroll and payroll tax preparation experience required.
