Payroll Administrator

Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. is in need of an experienced Payroll Administrator. The administrator is responsible for maintaining employee payroll files and processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 120+ employees, and certified payroll when applicable. Other duties include processing garnishments, withholding orders, and tax liens. The administrator processes payroll taxes on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, prepares W-2s and periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions, and assist with accounts payable duties on a weekly basis. Prior payroll and payroll tax preparation experience required.
