WASHINGTON, DC (October 6, 2016) – On October 4, the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of DC honored the region’s top construction projects at the 16th “Annual Washington Contractor Awards.”
This annual gala, held at The Newseum, was a major celebratory event honoring leadership, innovation, and excellence in construction project delivery.
Shockey received the 2016 Design Build Award (Projects $5—$15 Million) for the One Loudoun Parking Garage. This five-level, 791-space parking garage serves the retail and entertainments needs of the One Loudoun development in downtown Ashburn, Virginia.
The Washington Contractor Awards Program honors exceptional contractors and projects from the metropolitan Washington DC area.
Entries were judged by a panel of owners and construction professionals.
