Shockey continues to work with the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley (MSV) to develop its 214-acre campus in four construction phases over 10 years.
Because our Partner Services team can manage the work of all subcontractors while effectively self-performing many of the tasks, it has teamed with MSV on a number of maintenance-related repairs and specialized construction projects.
Shockey has partnered with the MSV on a restoration and reinterpretation of the Glen Burnie House, a restoration of the garden space, a renovation of the main lobby, construction of new outbuildings and roads, and site work and construction of The Trails at MSV, which are now open to the public year-round, free of charge.
