Partner Services is an agile unit within the Shockey team that focuses exclusively on smaller projects — work located within an hour’s drive of our headquarters office in Winchester, Virginia. This group addresses our partners’ most urgent, focused construction needs.

It doesn’t matter how straightforward or complex the work may be, the team is ready to respond and often leverages self-perform capabilities, which means we use our own crews to complete key scopes of work. While the unit manages subcontractors, just as with larger projects, it also effectively self-performs many of the following trades, for best value and fastest service:
- Carpentry
- Framing and Drywall
- Concrete
- Finishes
