WINCHESTER, Va. — Valley Health has officially broken ground on a transformative rehabilitation tower in partnership with Michigan-based organization Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation. This new partnership will expand access to high quality acute rehabilitation services in the region.
The new healthcare tower is being constructed along Linden Drive at Winchester Medical Center (WMC) and will connect to the main hospital by a climate-controlled skywalk.

It will offer state-of-the-art acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as Orthotics & Prosthetics + Bionics.
The architect is Kahler Slater, and the construction manager is Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc.
