The continuing care community offers a mix of independent living, assisted living, and memory care services to its residents. With a total of 103 apartment suites available, Atlee Station provides a range of living options to appeal to a wide range of people.
The design features a farmhouse modern aesthetic with a respectful nod to the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Deluxe outdoor amenities include courtyard dining, gardens, bocce ball court, walking paths, sunroom, and a covered porch. Experience Senior Living is based in Denver, Colorado. Atlee Station is the company’s first developed and operated community in the state of Virginia. The architect is Davis Stokes Collaborative Architects, P.C. of Tennessee, and the builder is Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc of Virginia.
