WINCHESTER, Va. — Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. is pleased to announce site work has begun at Valley Logistics, in Winchester, Virginia. When completed, this project will offer nearly two million square feet of industrial facilities across multiple buildings to service the DC Metropolitan and Shenandoah Valley areas.
The 145-acre property was purchased by Peterson Companies in January of this year. The property is uniquely positioned for distribution as it services 40 percent of the US population within an eight-hour drive.
