Jonathan Cadle Joins Shockey As Senior Vice President

WINCHESTER – Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc. announced today a significant addition to its senior leadership team: Jonathan Cadle has been named Senior Vice President.

Cadle joins Shockey from Hitt Contracting, Inc. where he served as Vice President. In his new leadership role at Shockey, Cadle will oversee all construction operations for the 124-year-old company and will be responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of systems and processes are in place. Cadle will focus on maintaining ongoing client and subcontractor relationships, as well as training and attracting top industry talent to develop and manage high-functioning project teams.

Cadle has a 25-year history as a proven team leader in the construction industry and spent nearly 15 years with Hitt Contracting. His experience is primarily with large base-building projects on the East Coast.

Cadle is actively involved in the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), DC Metropolitan Subcontractors Association (DCMSA) and Washington Building Congress (WBC).

Cadle is based in Shockey’s headquarters office, located in Winchester.
