WINCHESTER, Va. — Plans for Shenandoah University’s new Health Sciences Building are in the final stages and will face approval by the Shenandoah University Board of Trustees next month. The building will serve as a home for the Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing, the Division of Respiratory Care, the Department of Athletic Training, the College of Arts & Sciences biology and chemistry programs, and undergraduate pre-health professions students.
The $25 million, 71,000-square-foot facility will offer state-of-the art laboratories and technology-rich classrooms. The building targets a completion date late this summer, in preparation for classes this fall.
