Under Construction: One Logistics

A fast-track, design-build project, the 1,024,000 SF project at One Logistics Park will be completed in around a year. Shockey is incorporating ESFR sprinklers, 4000amp electrical service, loading doors, and drive-in doors within tilt concrete walls. The space can also be built to suit if tenants desire.

Once complete, the space, which also offers full building circulation and top of the line infrastructure and finishes, will accommodate a myriad of end uses.

Located immediately off Interstate 81, known as the transportation backbone of the East Coast, One Logistics Park is in an established industrial market within the City of Winchester. Major industrial companies — Rite Aid, Rubbermaid, Kraft and Hood — are neighbors.
