Brandt Student Center Parking

For a rapidly growing Shenandoah University, Shockey built a much-needed four-level, 273-space parking deck for students and faculty. The facility was added in a strategically-located area next to Shingleton Gymnasium and close to Armstrong Hall.

Construction occurred as the campus community was bracing for much construction: a new business school, expansion of the school’s television center, a new History and Tourism Center and a walking bridge over Abrams Creek.
