The Shockey Companies has need for an administrative assistant to support our construction and real estate operations. Duties include, but are not limited to, provide administrative support to one or more team members, manage calendars and appointment schedules, establish, organize, and maintain project documents and files, request permits and inspections, license filings, county filings, research city and county tax and utility rates, recordkeeping, property management, and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
