Jeff Boehm | President
With a diversified background in contract negotiation, business development, subcontractor and owner relations, land development, conflict resolution, and public-private partnerships, Jeff is a leader in Shockey’s pursuit of commercial construction projects throughout the mid-Atlantic. He actively serves on numerous boards, committees, and commissions. Jeff began his career with Shockey in 1987; he has worked in nearly every aspect of the business.
Rob Wagoner | Vice President — Operations
Rob strengthens the efficiency of Shockey’s operations, providing leadership that focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and budget. He has extensive experience in every facet of complex project delivery across all Shockey market sectors. Rob supervises operational staff from preconstruction through completion, providing feedback to facilitate long-term success and ensure seamless day-to-day progress.
Jon Tingle | Director of Preconstruction
Jon coordinates varied Shockey team members to deliver successful and profitable projects across all delivery methods. He leads the estimating team as it oversees design development, verifies scopes, reviews subcontractor prequalifications, analyzes project risk, and determines material, equipment, and labor costs. Jon has broad experience in the bid process, construction management, value engineering, and project scheduling.
Brad Bolyard | Director — Healthcare + Industrial
Brad leads Shockey’s healthcare, industrial, and commercial services teams. Offering multi-faceted project and staff management expertise and a deep understanding of project delivery, Brad has more than 25 years of comprehensive, varied commercial construction experience. With a proven track record in client relations, Brad is known for his meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful, thorough approach to customer satisfaction.
Ron Collins | Director — Environmental Health + Safety
Safety is Shockey’s no. 1 priority. Ron develops, implements, and manages health and safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that job sites provide safe working conditions for all. Under his leadership, Shockey maintains an excellent safety record, with full-time safety supervision, proactive planning, and a continual focus on accident prevention and training that empowers employees and subcontractors to promote safe work practices every day.
Jeanie Alexander | Vice President — Human Resources
Jeanie fosters positive employee-employer relationships for the Shockey Companies. The link between management and employees, she is responsible for planning/directing HR policies, objectives, and initiatives, including employment placement and onboarding. Jeanie assesses compensation/benefits, ensures compliance with employment laws, and provides executive-level consultation on strategic staffing plans.
