Jeff Boehm | President
With diversified experience in contract negotiation, business development, subcontractor and owner relations, land development, and public-private partnerships, Jeff is a leader in the pursuit and development of commercial construction projects in the mid-Atlantic region. Having served on numerous boards, committees, and commissions over the past 30 years, he currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Winchester Medical Center. Jeff began his career with The Shockey Companies in 1987; he has worked in nearly every aspect of the business.
Brad Bolyard | Vice President
Brad leads the healthcare, industrial, and commercial services construction teams for Shockey. Widely experienced in all aspects of project delivery, he offers varied commercial construction experience and more than 25 years of field management expertise. With a proven track record in client relations and project and staff management, Brad is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his thoughtful and thorough approach to customer satisfaction.
Rob Wagoner | Director of Operations
Rob strengthens the efficiency of Shockey’s operations at both our Winchester and Richmond offices, providing leadership that focuses on safety, quality, schedule and budget. His responsibilities include supervising operational staff from preconstruction through completion, providing feedback to facilitate long-term success, and ensuring seamless day-to-day progress. Rob has extensive experience in every facet of complex project delivery for each of Shockey’s market sectors.
Jon Tingle | Director of Preconstruction
Jon manages and works with a number of Shockey team members to deliver successful and profitable projects across varied delivery methods. His responsibilities include leading the estimating team as it oversees design documents, verifies scopes, reviews subcontractor prequalifications, analyzes and mitigates project risk, and determines material, equipment, and labor costs. Jon has extensive experience in the bid process, construction management, value engineering, and project scheduling.
