Lennar at Virginia Heritage

As part of our Special Projects Division, Shockey completed renovations to the club house and gym for Lennar, one of the country’s largest home builders, in the Lee’s Parke community of Fredericksburg.

The 24-hour gated security community of Virginia Heritage provides a charming neighborhood atmosphere full of amenities. Activities in the community revolve around the 18,000 SF clubhouse which includes a billiards room, library, card rooms, game room, and a large event/party room for social events.

The fitness center features scenic walking trails, indoor and outdoor pools, ping pong, and tennis and bocce courts.
