Valley Farm Credit


Valley Farm Credit provides financing to rural America. Due to rapid growth in the Shenandoah Valley, Valley Farm Credit negotiated with Shockey for construction of its corporate headquarters at the Kernstown Business Park. Sensitive to schedule and cost, Shockey’s preconstruction team was able to stay within the client’s original budget.

Continued growth created a need for even more space, and Shockey was hired on a negotiated basis to provide an additional 10,00 SF of office space.

When Valley Farm Credit needed a second location in Martinsburg, WV, Valley Farm negotiated with us once again, and we performed the work in a design-build role.
