With diversified experience in commercial construction, business development, contract negotiation, land development, and public-private partnerships, Jeff is a leader in the pursuit and development of projects in the mid-Atlantic region. Having served on numerous boards, committees, and commissions over the past 30 years, he currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Winchester Medical Center. Jeff began his career with The Shockey Companies in 1987; he has worked in nearly every aspect of the business.

Brad leads the business development, estimating, and preconstruction teams for Shockey. Experienced in all aspects of project delivery, he offers 25 years of field management expertise and wide, varied experience in industrial, educational, institutional, and healthcare construction. With a proven track record in client relations and project management, Brad is known for his attention to detail and his thoughtful and thorough approach to customer satisfaction.

Rob strengthens the efficiency of operations at our Winchester office, providing leadership that focuses on quality and schedule. His responsibilities include supervising all operational staff from preconstruction through post construction, providing feedback to facilitate long-term success, and ensuring seamless day-to-day progress. Rob has extensive experience in every facet of project delivery for the senior living, industrial, parking, and educational markets.

 

Gary Williams | Director of Operations — Richmond G-Williams

Gary is responsible for planning and monitoring day-to-day operational activities, overseeing and evaluating overall performance, and making decisions regarding processes and procedures in Shockey’s Richmond office. With nearly two decades of broad construction experience in the commercial, retail, K-12, and municipal markets, he is quality driven and budget conscious. Gary is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
